Germany: KfW Details $6 Billion Dual-Tranche US Dollar Benchmark

By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – German state-owned development bank KfW said Thursday that it had priced a dual-tranche US dollar benchmark on Wednesday for a total of $6 billion, including $3 billion of a three-year tranche and $3 billion of a long seven-year tranche.

Italy: MEF to Issue New Triple-Tranche Syndicated Issuance in US Dollars

By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – Italy’s Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) on Monday mandated BofA Securities Europe SA, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and Morgan Stanley Europe SE to act as lead managers for a new triple-tranche syndicated issuance in U.S. dollars.
