By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – Germany’s Federal Finance Agency (Finanzagentur) on Monday allotted a total of €4.506 billion across two reopened Bubills.
The agency allotted €1.843 billion in a reopening of the Bubill due November 18, 2026. Total bids amounted to €5.363 billion. The average price was 99.35467, the bid-to-cover ratio was 2.9 and the weighted average yield was 2.386%. The highest accepted yield was 2.387%.
The reopening increased the issue volume to €12.5 billion from €10.5 billion. The federal government retained €157 million for its own account.
Finanzagentur also allotted €2.663 billion in a reopening of the Bubill due May 12, 2027, from total bids of €3.793 billion. The average price was 98.09418, the bid-to-cover ratio was 1.4 and the weighted average yield was 2.562%. The highest accepted yield was 2.568%.
The reopening increased the issue volume to €8 billion from €5 billion. The federal government retained €337 million for its own account.
The value date for both lines is August 12, 2026.
