By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – Swedish bank Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB) on Tuesday priced €500 million of Tier 2 unsecured subordinated notes.
The deal was reoffered at a price of 99.749, for a yield of 4.048% and 100bp over mid-swaps.
The notes, maturing on August 18, 2037, carry a fixed annual coupon of 4% until the first optional redemption date on August 18, 2032. After that, the coupon will reset to the prevailing five-year euro mid-swap rate plus the reoffer spread.
BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, J.P. Morgan, SEB and UBS Investment Bank acted as joint bookrunners.
Settlement is scheduled for August 18, 2026.
The deal was priced at 14:15 UK time (15:15 CEST).
