By Marta Vilar – MADRID (Econostream) – European Central Bank Governing Council member Robert Holzmann said on Tuesday that he did not see a reason to change his mind about preferring a pause in the ECB's April 17 monetary policy meeting.

Speaking at a press conference, Holzmann, who heads the Austrian National Bank, said, ‘I don't see any reason to deviate from a previous announcement there on interest rates, but I'm willing to wait and learn and change my mind.’

‘At the moment, I don't see a reason why I should change my mind’, he added.
