By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – Luxembourg’s communications satellite operator SES on Tuesday priced a €500 million senior unsecured bond.
The bond carries a 5.625% fixed annual coupon and will mature on April 6, 2031.
The bond was priced at mid-swaps plus 210bp and reoffered at a price of 99.667, for a yield of 5.721%.
Settlement is scheduled for October 6, 2026.
BNP Paribas, ING, LBBW and Mizuho acted as joint global coordinators.
BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Goldman Sachs International, ING, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, KBC, LBBW and Mizuho acted as joint bookrunners.
The deal was executed at 14:51 UK time (15:51 CET).
