By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – German state-owned development bank KfW on Tuesday priced a €3 billion tap of its Green Bond due November 15, 2032.

The deal was reoffered at a price of 95.374, corresponding to a yield of 3.475% and a spread of 6bp over mid-swaps.

The senior unsecured bond carries a 2.625% annual coupon and will settle on September 29, 2026.

The outstanding amount increased to €6 billion from €3 billion following the tap.

BNP Paribas, Citi, Nomura and UBS acted as bookrunners on the transaction.
