By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – French public investment bank Bpifrance on Monday priced a €1.25 billion social bond.
The Reg S bond carries a 3.625% annual coupon and will mature on March 25, 2031.
The transaction was priced at 15bp over French government bonds (OATs) and reoffered at a price of 99.979, for a yield of 3.634%.
Settlement is scheduled for September 14, 2026.
BofA Securities, HSBC, La Banque Postale, Morgan Stanley and Nomura acted as joint bookrunners.
The deal was priced at 14:20 CEST (13:20 BST).
