By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – Dutch electricity transmission system operator TenneT Netherlands B.V. on Thursday priced €2.5 billion of senior unsecured green bonds, comprising a €1.5 billion 7-year tranche and a €1 billion 15-year tranche.

The 7-year tranche carries a 3.375% fixed annual coupon and will mature on September 10, 2033. The deal was reoffered at a price of 99.657, for a yield of 3.431%, at mid-swaps plus 15bp.

The 15-year tranche carries a 3.75% fixed annual coupon and will mature on September 10, 2041. The deal was reoffered at a price of 98.776, for a yield of 3.859%, at mid-swaps plus 37bp.

Settlement is scheduled for September 10, 2026.

BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank acted as global coordinators. ABN AMRO, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, ING and UniCredit acted as bookrunners.

The deal was priced at 16:33 CEST (15:33 BST).
