By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – GSK Capital B.V., the Dutch financing arm of GSK plc, on Thursday priced a €3.5 billion four-tranche bond offering.
The €850 million floating-rate note due March 7, 2028, was priced at three-month Euribor plus 30bp and reoffered at par.
GSK also priced a €1 billion four-year fixed-rate tranche due September 7, 2030, carrying a 3.50% coupon and reoffered at a price of 99.751 for a yield of 3.568%, equivalent to 47bp over mid-swaps.
GSK also sold €850 million of eight-year notes due September 7, 2034, with a 3.875% coupon. The bonds were reoffered at a price of 99.420 for a yield of 3.961%, or 75bp over mid-swaps.
The final tranche comprised €800 million of 11-year notes due September 7, 2037, carrying a 4.125% coupon. The securities were reoffered at 99.246 for a yield of 4.212%, equivalent to 90bp over mid-swaps.
Settlement is scheduled for September 7, 2026.
BNP Paribas and BofA Securities acted as global coordinators. BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, HSBC, Santander and Standard Chartered Bank served as active bookrunners.
