By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – Greek lender Piraeus Bank on Thursday priced €500 million of senior preferred fixed-rate reset notes due 2032.

The six-year Reg S notes carry a 4% annual coupon and will mature on September 3, 2032.

The deal was reoffered at a price of 99.902 for a yield of 4.022%, equivalent to 90bp over mid-swaps.

Settlement is scheduled for September 3, 2026.

BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe, J.P. Morgan, Natixis, Santander and UBS Investment Bank acted as joint bookrunners.

Pricing was completed at 15:36 CEST (14:36 UK time).
