By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – Germany's federal state of Saarland on Wednesday raised €500 million through an eight-year floating-rate note.
The senior unsecured Landesschatzanweisung, maturing on September 1, 2034, carries a coupon of six-month Euribor plus 15bp.
The deal was reoffered at a price of 99.928, equivalent to six-month Euribor plus 16bp.
Settlement is scheduled for September 1, 2026.
DekaBank, DZ BANK, Helaba and J.P. Morgan acted as joint lead managers.
The transaction was priced at 12:34 CET (11:34 UK time).
