By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – French food services and facilities management company Sodexo on Wednesday raised €1.1 billion through a dual-tranche bond offering.

The €600 million six-year tranche, maturing on September 2, 2032, was reoffered at a price of 99.629 for a yield of 4.071%, equivalent to 95bp over mid-swaps, and carries a 4% fixed annual coupon.

The €500 million 10-year tranche, maturing on September 2, 2036, was reoffered at a price of 99.968 for a yield of 4.504%, equivalent to 125bp over mid-swaps, and carries a 4.5% fixed annual coupon.

BNP Paribas and ING acted as joint global coordinators. BNP Paribas, CIC CIB, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe, ING, Natixis and Société Générale acted as joint lead managers.

Settlement is scheduled for September 2, 2026.

The six-year tranche was priced at 15:56 UK time (16:56 CET), and the 10-year tranche at 15:57 UK time (16:57 CET).
