By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – The German state of Berlin on Tuesday priced a 10-year €1.25 billion senior unsecured state Treasury note (Landesschatzanweisung).
The Reg S bearer unsubordinated note carries a 3.375% fixed annual coupon and will mature on September 1, 2036.
The deal was reoffered at a price of 99.043 for a yield of 3.490%, equivalent to 24bp over mid-swaps.
BNP Paribas, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, DZ Bank, LBBW and Raiffeisen Bank International acted as bookrunners.
Settlement is scheduled for September 1, 2026.
Pricing was completed at 13:35 CEST (12:35 BST).
