By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – The UK Debt Management Office (DMO) on Thursday allotted £500 million of the 4% Treasury Gilt 2063.

The average accepted price was 73.584, corresponding to a yield of 5.722%.

The highest accepted price was 73.628, corresponding to a yield of 5.718%, while the lowest accepted price was 73.560, corresponding to a yield of 5.724%.

Total bids amounted to £1.753 billion, resulting in a bid-to-cover ratio of 3.51.

The auction tail was 0.2bp.

The DMO retained none of the issue. Bids at the lowest accepted price were allotted 20%.
