By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – France’s Agence France Trésor (AFT) on Monday allotted €7.582 billion across four fixed-rate discount Treasury bills (BTFs).

AFT allotted €3.096 billion of the 14-week BTF due October 28, 2026, at a weighted average rate of 2.437%, with a bid-to-cover ratio of 2.69.

It allotted €600 million of the 23-week BTF due December 30, 2026, at a weighted average rate of 2.523%, with a bid-to-cover ratio of 4.63.

The agency allotted €1.896 billion of the 25-week BTF due January 13, 2027, at a weighted average rate of 2.554%, with a bid-to-cover ratio of 3.46.

It allotted €1.990 billion of the 51-week BTF due July 14, 2027, at a weighted average rate of 2.749%, with a bid-to-cover ratio of 3.25.

Total bids amounted to €24.153 billion.

Settlement for all four lines is scheduled for July 22.

AFT said the total amount issued could be increased through non-competitive bids 2 (NCT2) on July 21.
