By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – French mutual banking group Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel (BFCM) on Monday priced €750 million of seven-year green senior preferred notes.
The notes mature on July 2, 2033 and carry a fixed annual coupon of 3.50%. The reoffer spread was set at 82bp over mid-swaps, with a reoffer price of 99.288 and a yield of 3.617%.
The notes are expected to be rated A1 by Moody’s, A+ by S&P and AA- by Fitch.
An amount equal to the net proceeds will be used to finance or refinance loans in eligible green categories under BFCM’s 2022 Green, Social and Sustainability Bond Framework.
Settlement is scheduled for July 7, 2026.
CIC, Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank and Société Générale acted as joint lead managers.
