By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – France’s Agence France Trésor (AFT) on Monday raised €7.192 billion across four Treasury bills (BTFs).

AFT sold €3.1 billion of the 13-week bill due September 30, 2026 at a weighted-average rate of 2.377%. Bids totaled €7.578 billion, resulting in a bid-to-cover ratio of 2.44.

The agency also sold €495 million of the 14-week bill maturing October 7, 2026 at a weighted-average rate of 2.361%. Bids amounted to €3.038 billion, producing a bid-to-cover ratio of 6.14.

AFT sold €1.9 billion of the 28-week bill due January 13, 2027 at a weighted-average rate of 2.483%. Bids totaled €7.138 billion, resulting in a bid-to-cover ratio of 3.76.

The agency also sold €1.697 billion of the 50-week bill maturing June 16, 2027 at a weighted-average rate of 2.579%. Demand totaled €6.478 billion, producing a bid-to-cover ratio of 3.82.

The total amount issued may be increased through a second round of non-competitive bids (NCT2) to be carried out on June 30, 2026, the agency said.

Settlement for all four lines was scheduled for July 1, 2026.
