By Marta Vilar – MADRID (Econostream) – European Central Bank Governing Council member Gediminas Šimkus said on Friday that ECB interest rates were now at neutral.

In remarks to media in Vilnius, Šimkus, who heads the Bank of Lithuania, said that the ECB’s current policy stance was neutral.
