By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – Jersey-incorporated AA Bond Co Limited on Thursday priced £400 million of senior secured Class A notes.
The Reg S bearer notes carry a 5.950% fixed annual coupon, payable semi-annually, and have an expected maturity date of July 31, 2030, with a legal final maturity date of July 31, 2050. They were priced at 137bp over UK Treasury gilts.
The deal was reoffered at a price of 99.958 for a semi-annual yield of 5.962%.
Settlement is scheduled for July 30, 2026.
Barclays, BNP Paribas, NatWest and Standard Chartered Bank acted as active bookrunners.
The time of execution on the pricing was 14:01 UK time (15:01 CET).
