By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – Agence France Trésor (AFT) announced on Friday that it will auction between €6.4 billion and €8.0 billion of fixed-rate discount Treasury bills (BTFs) on May 11.
The auction will include a 14-week BTF maturing August 19, 2026, with an indicated issuance range of €2.8 billion to €3.2 billion.
AFT will also auction two 27- and 29-week BTFs maturing November 18, 2026 and December 2, 2026, respectively, with target ranges of €1.7 billion to €2.1 billion and €100 million to €500 million.
In addition, AFT plans to sell a 49-week BTF maturing April 21, 2027, with an indicated volume range of €1.8 billion to €2.2 billion.
Settlement was scheduled for May 13, 2026.
